Registration Process

After the app has been successfully installed, you'll be encountered with the sign-up page. The registration process can be completed in four different ways:

☑️ Sign-up with Facebook

☑️ Sign-up with Apple ID (exclusive for IOS devices)

☑️ Sign-up with your email

Private Relay

Apple Users have the ability to hide their e-mail through Private Relay: once they click on the Apple ID registration option, they are prompted with the choice of hiding or sharing their e-mail. We do not recommend to use this option!

What Private Relay does is generation of a temporary e-mail. Once you need log in from another device, it won't work and you won't be able to access your account.

If you want to create a pemanent account, do not hide your e-mail when registering! Otherwise, you won't be able to access your account.

Wallet Creation

The IguVerse game contains an in-app non-custodial wallet that is necessary for the functioning of the app, as all the transactions take place on the blockchain. To avoid potential tech bugs that can result from the integration of such third-party wallet providers as Metamask or WalletConnect, our team has implemented an internal wallet. A native wallet alleviates many essential in-app functions: minting your pet NFT, making purchases using the internal marketplace, upgrading your pet’s characteristics, etc.

🔒 We highly value your security, and you may be sure that we do not store any personal data related to your wallet inside the application. We do not store the user's seed phrase or private key anywhere. It is stored as an encrypted string in the application storage on the user's device. In case the user loses their seed phrase, we won't be able to restore the access to the user's account.

In order to create a wallet, follow these steps:

1. Tap the Create Wallet button

2. Write down the 12-word seed phrase on a piece of paper and store it safely

3. Go to the verification section and verify your seed phrase by choosing the words according to their positions in the seed phrase

4. Press Continue

5. 🎉Congrats! You have created your wallet!

Wallet Import

If you already have a wallet or have already created your wallet in the app, you can access the wallet inside the app by providing your seed phrase. For this purpose, you will have to insert the words from your seed phrase into the corresponding fields.

If you lose access to the e-mail or Facebook account used in the registration process, you will not be able to reuse your wallet in the app and all progress will be lost.
